Arctonos (Clan Ventrue)
Ventrue Fallen.
Description:
Arc, at nearly 6 feet, is an attractive person. He has medium-length dark hair and brown, almost black eyes. His hair is usually covered by a cap or something else. He weares jeans, most times, and leather jackets. The length depends on his mood.
Background:
Arctonos, or Arc, grew up in Greece. By his 13th birthday the family mooved to the United States and settled in Boston. Denur, his father and a wealthy businessman, graduated from lawschool and became a lawyer. Arc and his brother Pan had a hard time growing up in their new school. The other kids wouldnīt have anything to do with them. Arc was beaten a lot, so was his two-year older brother, but after a while both kids learned to defend themselves. Eventually they both became friends with some other kids from school. In 1988 Pan and some other boys started a rock band and they became very successful. Arc was beginning to enjoy his new life, and the school, and began dating a girl, Elena.
On Arcīs 22nd birthday a terrible massacre took place in the family home. A Sabbat pack, sent by enemies of Arcīs father, totally obliterated their house. Unfortunately Arc, his brother, their friends and their parents returned from the celebration while the vampires were "working".
His parents were killed immediately and without mercy. The Sabbat forced Arc to watch as they first killed his friends and then Elena. To make a statement, they said. Pan was embraced and forced to follow the Sabbat. Arc was driven far away from the city and dumped on a field. When he regained consciousness he started walking. Just walking.
After the massacre, Arc had no home, no friends, and no living relatives. Homeless and alone he wandered the streets of New York until he was met by a stranger, who promised to take care of Arc. Arc followed the man to his estate in the northern part of the state. There it turned out that the stranger to was a vampire. He embraced Arc and told him that all that had happened to him didnīt matter anymore. Arc refused to follow his sire and the ways of the Kindred. Severel times did his sire try to make Arc follow suit, but when it finally occurred to him that it couldnīt be done, he sent Arc away. Arc now realized that there was more to the night than what could be seen with the naked eye. Full of hate and anger Arc made a Haven in a warehouse close to where the family used to live..
He swore to avenge his family's death, maybe even find his brother...but he seriously doubted he was still within reach.
Character Perceptions:
Arc is always seen on his Aprilia bike, the last gift from his father. His favorite way of fighting is hand to hand, usually with Feral Claws...if necessary, he might uses one or two of the Berettaīs in his jacket. Although a Ventrue, Arc doesnīt take the Traditions very seriously. He is mostly seen by himself and only rarely in company with others. Alone and frustrated he pursues his quest for vengeance...
