Vash? Never hearda the guy...
Description:
"At first glance, everyone would overlook Vash. With his spiky blonde hair
and overcoat, he's basically just another kindred in an overcoat. At second glance,
one might see him as a bumbling buffoon, tripping over his feet and screaming in
terror.
But a closer look might reveal something...
a sadness in his eyes, conflicting with the confidence in each step...
Most people don't take a closer look,
because they stop after the first glance...
Background:
Unknown. But some reports of a man resembling Vash pop up from time to time, usually
around some fight between clashing clans, wars or other skirmishes. A elder vampire
in the know would have more info available to him, but for the rest of the population,
he's just some guy in an overcoat... sometimes black, sometimes red...
... but always an overcoat.

"This guy is completely harmless...
probably just a fledgling."
"What a goof... no worries, no cares... a fool."
"Why is this guy flirting with me? He's pathetic... yet his attempts are
amusing."
"He's a loser... but there's something about him. For all his fumbling... is
